PDGH-BB在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:检测65例胃癌患者肿瘤组织中PDGH-BB的表达情况,分析其与胃癌临床病理特征的关系及预后情况。方法:采用免疫组织化学Elivision二步法检测65例患者胃癌组织中PDGH-BB的表达,并分析其与胃癌临床病理特征及预后的关系。多因素分析患者的3年生存关系。结果:本实验中胃癌组织PDGH-BB的表达与胃癌患者的性别及胃癌肿瘤大小相关(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中黏膜细胞可见PDGH-BB阳性表达,癌旁组织中PDGH-BB的表达较弱,可见少量表达;正常胃黏膜组织基本没有表达。胃癌患者术后3年生存率为60%(39/65),其中患者肿瘤的大小及PDGH-BB阳性表达与患者3年生存期相关(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:胃癌组织中PDGH-BB的阳性表达,胃癌患者3年生存期多因素分析与胃癌肿瘤大小和PDGH-BB阳性表达呈正相关性。PDGH-BB与胃癌生长及转移有密切相关。Objective： Detect PDGH-BB expression in gastric cancer and analysis the rela- tionship of PDGH-BB, clinical pathological features and the prognosis. Methods： PDGH-BB in gastric cancer was detected by the two-step way of immunohistochemistry Elivision in 65 cases to verify the expression of PDGH-BB, and to analyze its relationship with clinical and pathological fea- tures and prognosis in gastric cancer. Results： The PDGH-BB expression was positive relationship with gender and tumor size （P〈O.05）. The PDGH-BB expression was mainly found in mucosal cells in the gastric cancer tissues. The PDGH-BB expression in paraneoplastic tissues was weak, while it was basically not expressed in normal gastric mucosa cells.
