摘  要:目的探讨炒莱菔子中芥子碱对高血脂大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠随机分为空白、模型、芥子碱低、中、高剂量组与阳性药组,用高脂乳剂灌胃5天后,在造模的同时给药,于28天后采血,测定供试大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果与模型组相比,芥子碱低、中、高剂量组均显著性降低TC、TG、LDL-C(P<0.01,P<0.05),芥子碱低剂量组对HDL-C没有明显影响,但中、高剂量组具有显著性升高HDL-C的作用(P<0.05)。结论炒莱菔子中芥子碱有明显的降低血脂水平的作用。Objective To study the influence of sinapine from roasted Semen Raphani on the level of plasma lipids in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods The Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups (blank control, model control group, sinapine low - dose group, sinapine middle - dose group, sinapine high - dose group, positive control group) and sinapine was given to rats while they were treated with fat emulsion (P. O. ) for 5 days. The blood of the rats were collected after 28 days and TC, TG, HDL - C, LDL - C of the blood samples were determined. Results The TC, TG, LDL - C of rats in sinapine low - dose, middle - dose, high - dose significantly de- creased compared to that of the model group (P 〈 0.01, P 〈0.05 ). The rats of sinapine low -dose group didn't show a significant effect on HDL - C, but those of sinapine middle - dose and high dose did show a significant increase on HDL - C (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Sinapine from roasted Semen Raphani showed a significant effect on decreasing the blood plasma lipids of rats.
