摘  要:目的综合评价Pin1基因-842位点多态性与阿尔茨海默病易感性的关系。方法检索CNKI和Medline数据库,获得有关Pin1基因-842位点多态性与阿尔茨海默病易感性关系的研究结果,并在不同对比模型中进行Meta分析。结果本次Meta分析共纳入6项研究,累计病例1750例,对照者1626名。基因变异在CCVSGG模型中,OR值为1.42(95%CI:0.71~2.84),P值为0.32;基因变异在GCVSGG模型中,OR值为1.05(95%CI:0.88~1.26),P值为0.58;在CC+GCVSGG模型中,OR值为1.24(95%CI:0.86~1.79),P值为0.25。结论尚无足够证据证明Pin1基因-842位点多态性与阿尔茨海默病易感性有关。Objective To evaluate the relationship between Pinl gene polymorphism at -842 loci and the risk of having Alzheimer's disease. Methods Information obtained from CNKI and Medline was used in the analysis. Results Six case-control studies with 1 750 cases and 1 626 controls were analyzed in this Meta-analysis. In the CC VS GG contrast model, the pooled OR value was 1.42 (95%CI: 0.71-2.84), and the P value was 0.32. In the GC vs GG contrast model, the pooled OR value was 1.05 (95%CI: 0.88-1.26), and the P value was 0.58. In the CC+GC vs GG contrast model, the pooled OR value was 1.24 (95%CI: 0.86-1.79), and the P value was 0.25. Conclusion Genetic polymorphism of Pinl gene at -842 loci might not contribute to the susceptibility of Alzheimer's disease.
