摘 要:目的探讨超声弹性成像技术对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值。方法 78例可触及乳腺肿物患者,共90个病灶,行常规超声检查及弹性成像检查,弹性成像依据病灶区显示不同颜色采用5分法。结果乳腺恶性肿瘤弹性分级4分以上的出现率高于良性病变,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声弹性成像能客观地评价乳腺肿块的相对弹性硬度,对乳腺良恶性肿块的鉴别有明显的作用。Objective To explore the value of ultrasonic elastograpby in differentiating breast malignant lesions from benign lesions. Methods Seventy-eight patients with 90 breast lumps underwent conventional ultrasound and ultrasonic elastography examination. The lesions were scored according to the color on elastography images. Results The elastic score higher than grade 4 was mainly distributed in the malignancies compared to benign lensions. There was significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonic elastography could objectively assess the relative stiffness of breast lesions, which also could afford much help for differential diagnosis of malignant and benign breast lesions.
