太极扣附着体应用于下颌全口覆盖义齿的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨太极扣附着体应用于下颌全口覆盖义齿临床效果。方法:选取26例患者,基牙进行完善治疗后,应用太极扣附着体进行下颌全口覆盖义齿修复,对每例患者进行满意度调查分析并对义齿的固位力和咀嚼效率进行统计学分析。结果:患者对固位功能、语音功能、咀嚼功能和舒适度满意;外观满意度与安装附着体前没有区别;义齿安装附着体后固位力和咀嚼效率明显提升,且效果稳定。结论:太极扣附着体应用于下颌全口覆盖义齿临床效果良好,具备可行性。Objective To study the clinical effects of complete mandibular overdenture with sterngold attachment. Methods Twenty-six patients were included.The patients with complete mandibular overdenture were restored with sterngold attachment after abutments were cured.The patients were investigated by using the patient overdenture satisfaction questionnaire. Their retention force and masticatory efficiency were measured. Results Twenty-six patients were satisfied with retention , masticatory function,phonetic function and degree of comfort;No statistical differences of satisfaction of appearance were observed after the insertion of overdenture;The masticatory efficiency and retention force increased significtly after the sterngold attachment was fitted. Conclusion Complete mandibular overdenture with Sterngold attachment is a practical and efficient prosthetic technique
