摘　　要：目的:探讨SUS2固定功能矫治器矫治安氏Ⅱ类下颌后缩患者的护理体会。方法:对32位使用SUS2固定功能矫治器的学龄儿童进行矫治前心理护理、直丝弓临床护理以及戴用SUS2固定功能矫治器的护理指导。结果:30位患者完成矫治,SUS2固定功能矫治器平均疗程8.5个月,全部患者均获得满意的矫治效果。结论:良好的正畸护理可以增强患者的配合意识,提高患者的口腔卫生,缩短疗程,获得满意的疗效。Objective To estimate the nursing services of SUS2 fixed functional system in the treatment of Class II malocclusions with retruded mandible. Methods 32 class II patients were included with Pretreatment nursing services, straight wire appliance nursing services and fixed functional appliance. Results 30 patients had a whole process of correction, and all of the 30 patients completed with effective results. Conclusion Effective nursing services could improve oral hygiene and patient compliance, leading to a better result of correction.
