摘　　要：目的:改善长期配戴活动义眼下眼睑松弛畸形的外观。方法:通过下眼睑切口整形,解决眼睑松弛畸形。结果:两眼外观基本对称,患者满意。结论:手术治疗可行,效果良好。Objective To improve appearances of lower eyelid relaxation abnormaJJty caused by long-term wearing customized movable artificial eye. Methods Eyelid relaxation abnormalities resolved through orthopedic incision. Results All patients were satisfied with two lower eyelid symmetrical and aesthetic appearances. Conclusion The cosmetic operation is feasible, and shows better effect.
