摘  要:目的:在2种去龋方法所产生的界面中对比4种盖髓材料的密闭性与适合性。方法:取离体恒磨牙80颗人工造龋,然后分别使用传统去龋法(传统组,40例)和伢典化学-机械去龋法(伢典组,40例)进行去龋操作,将各组样本分别用三氧化矿物聚合体(MTA)、玻璃离子水门汀、粘接剂、氢氧化钙建立间接盖髓模型(每组10例)。用染料渗入法进行微渗漏实验,测量染料渗透深度和盖髓材料与牙本质间距离组所得数据,经统计学分析。结果:伢典去龋方式下4种材料的染料渗透深度以及盖髓材料与牙本质间距离均小于传统去龋方式;2种去龋方式中,MTA的染料渗透距离最小,与牙本质间距离最小。结论:伢典去龋方式下,4种盖髓材料在密闭性能和与牙本质的适合性方面的性能得到改善;MTA的密闭性能及与牙本质适合性均优于其他3种盖髓材料。Objective: To compare the sealing ability and adaptability of 4 pulp capping materials by different caries excavations. Methods: 80 molars with artificial dental caries were randomly divided into traditional excavation group and Carisolv excavation group ( n = 40 ). The samples in each group were randomly divided into 4 subgroups and mineral trioxid aggregate ( MTA), glass ionomer ce- ment, adhesive and Ca (OH)~ were used for pulp capping (n = 10 ). The microleakage of the samples was tested by dye penetrant tech- nique. The penetration length and the distance from the capping material to dentine were measured under microscope. The data were statistically analyzed. Results: The depth of dye penetration of the samples and the distance from material to dentine in Carisolv group were less than those in the traditional group, in the samples with MTA capping were the shortest. Conclusion: The sealing ability and adaptability of MTA are the best among the 4 materials by drilling or Carisolv for dentin carious removal.
