交互牵引矫治第二磨牙锁牙根吸收的全口曲面断层X线片观察

摘　　要：对22位患者32对锁第二磨牙在交互牵引治疗前、治疗中及治疗后拍摄全口曲面断层X线片与根尖片,分析评价牙根的吸收等级。结果显示在交互牵引后与锁矫治结束时牙根的吸收率增加(P<0.05)。提示在第二磨牙锁矫治过程中,压低磨牙易引起牙根吸收。32 pairs of second locked molars in 22 patients were treated by interactive drawing method. Panoramic radiograph and periapical film were used to analyze the root resorption. The root resorption was not significant before wearing the fixed appliance and after the interactive drawing（P 〉 0.05 ）, while the resorption increased after locking correction （P 〈 0.05 ）. During the process of correction of the locked sec- ond molars bringing down the molar may induce root resorption.
