摘　　要：下颌中切牙发生牙中牙较为少见,本文报道并讨论1例■牙中牙并伴发颏部窦道的病例。经根尖诱导、根管治疗后,本病例的根尖周病变及颏部窦道得以好转。This article presents one case of Type Ⅲ dens in dente involving mandibular central incisor with fistula formation on the chin. With apexification and root canal treatment to the affecting mandibular central incisors, healing was achieved without any need for further sur- gical intervention.
