摘　　要：乳牙外伤致继承恒牙弯曲畸形临床上少见,下切牙双根管也常常被忽视。该文报告了1例下颌乳切牙外伤导致的继承恒牙弯曲畸形伴双根管的下切牙根尖周炎并发根管侧壁穿孔,探讨了其治疗方法及注意事项。Permanent tooth curved deformity caused by deciduous tooth trauma was rare in clinics.The mandibular incisors with double root canals were often neglected.This article was a case report of a permanent tooth curved deformity caused by mandibular deciduous incisor trauma with complicated periapicalitis and root canal side wall perforation of double root canals.This study also discussed the treatment methods and points for attention.
