中西医结合治疗肝内胆汁淤积52例临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中西医结合治疗肝内胆汁淤积的临床疗效。方法 :选择具有肝内胆汁淤积的病例 96例 ,在一般治疗基础上分中西医结合治疗组 (以下简称 1组 ) 52例 ,小剂量地塞米松治疗组(以下简称 2组 ) 44例 ,对照观察临床疗效。结果 :有效率 1组 94 .2 3% ,2组 86.36% ( p<0 .0 5)。结论 :中西医结合治疗本病有效且安全。Objective:To explore the therapeutic efficacy of the integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis.Methods:96 cases of intrahepatic cholestasis were divided at random into two groups:The integrated group(52 cases)and the control group (44 cases)treated with dexamethasone.Results:The effective rate in the integrated group was 94.23% while in the control group it was 86.36% with statistical difference ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The integrated treatment of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine was better than the single western medicine in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis.
