摘 要:[目的]了解和掌握国内外不同品牌卷烟游离氨基酸含量差异,以提高我国卷烟品质,增加市场占有率,提高竞争力。[方法]以常见市售不同品牌卷烟苏烟、白沙、双喜、芙蓉王、帝豪、云烟、红塔山及国外不同卷烟品牌代表白万宝路(美国)、蓝色太平洋(赞比亚)和巴西卷烟为材料,利用HPLC法,分别测定了这11种卷烟的17种游离氨基酸的含量并进行含量比较分析。[结果]11种不同烤烟品牌中游离氨基酸总含量最高的为巴西卷烟原料,不同品牌卷烟游离氨基酸总含量并无显著差异,而不同种类游离氨基酸含量差异显著。[结论]研究可为提高我国卷烟品质,增加市场占有率,提高竞争力提供参考。[ Objective ] To grasp difference of free amino acid contents in different brands of cigarettes at home and abroad, for improving Chi- nese cigarette quality and competitiveness, increasing market share. [ Method ] Experimental material are those famous brand cigarettes sold in market, such as Suyan, Baisha, Shuangxi, Furongwang, Dihao, Yunyan, Hongtashan and foreign cigarettes that represented by Marboro (USA), Blue pacific(Zambia) and Brazil cigarette, which were taken as examples. HPLC rule were used to determine the content of 17 free amino acids in 11 cigarettes. [ Result] The results showed that the content of free amino acid in brazil cigarette were at their highest in 11 do- mestic and foreign cigarettes, and the total contents of free amino acid in different varieties of cigarettes remained almost the same, while the contents of each kind of free amino acid varied greatly. [ Conclusion ] The study could provide reference for improving Chinese cigarette quality and competitiveness, increasing market share.
