农民教育集资意愿的调查与分析——以荆门市掇刀区为例

摘　　要：以教育集资为逻辑起点,结合荆门市掇刀区农村教育公平调研数据,对农民教育集资意愿及影响因素进行分析。结果表明:①66.7%的受访者支持教育集资;②在现阶段农村教育集资缺乏法律基础;③得出影响农民集资意愿的四大因素:年龄、教育、邻里关系、教育特征;④教育集资只在经济发展水平较高、人口规模较小的地区具有一定的推广价值。最后提出了相应的政策性建议。Taking education fund raising as a logical starting point, and based on rural education fairness research data of Duodao Area, Jing- men City, farmers＇ wishes for the education fund raising and affecting factors were analyzed. The results showed that ： first, 66.7% of the in- terviewees support education fund raising; second, the rural education fund raising lacks of legal basis; third, four factors affecting farmers funding are ： age, education, neighborhood relationship, education characteristic ; fourth, education fund raising only has certain value of pop- ularization in the area that the economic development level is high, and the population is small. Finally, policy proposal was put forward.
