穿山甲猪蹄甲中氨基酸含量比较分析

摘　　要：为证实猪蹄甲可代替珍稀中药材料穿山甲 ,进行了系统研究。仅就二者氨基酸含量 ,进行分析比较 ,结果表明在所测 17种氨基酸中 。the systematic study has been made to confirm that pork leg scales could replace pangolin scales, the rare herbal medicine. And the analysis as well as comparison has been made on amino acid content in pork leg scales and pangolin scales. The result showed that the amino acid content in both of the scales had many similarities in the determined seventeen kinds of amino acid.
