摘 要:针对多工序装配过程中一种共用定位销的夹具布局优化设计问题,提出了一种设计计算准则.首先,由状态空间方程推导出用于描述多工序装配过程单一零件尺寸偏差状态传递和累积的状态空间模型.之后,采用数学公式推导和统计学方法由该模型得到了用于描述关键产品特征平移偏差和角位移偏差间关系的协方差矩阵.依据该矩阵的统计学意义,提取矩阵的迹作为夹具布局优化设计计算准则.采用一四工序的装配实例,由交换算法进行验证.结果表明,与传统设计准则相比,所提出的夹具布局优化设计准则使用点的平面欧式距离计算代替了复杂的高维矩阵计算,不仅和传统设计准则同样有效,而且计算效率更高,节约了计算成本.The optimal design of fixture layout with a shared locating pin in a multi-stage assembly process is brought into focus and a novel optimal design criterion is proposed.First,a state space model for individual part's variation propagation and accumulation is developed based on the common state space equations.Then,using mathematical and statistical methods,a covariance matrix is derived from the presented model to describe the relationship between translation deviations and angular rotation deviations of the key product characteristics.According to its statistical meaning,the trace of the covariance matrix is extracted as the optimal design criterion for the design of fixture layout.Through a four-stage assembly example and using an exchange algorithm,the proposed criterion is proved to be effective and more efficient than the traditional one,since the calculation of the high-dimensional complicated matrices is replaced by the calculation of Euclidean distance.
