摘 要:海淤建筑废料混合轻质土是由疏浚海淤泥为原料土、水泥为固化剂、轻质建筑废料为轻质材料组成。因轻质建筑废料吸水性较大,故轻质混合土需要额外加水,为了分析水干比(水与水泥+海淤干土+轻质建筑废料的质量比)对混合轻质土物理力学性质的影响,采用不同的配比方案,计算出最佳需水率,并利用干密度试验和无侧限抗压强度试验进行验证。结果表明:理论最佳需水率与实际最佳需水率基本接近,并且不同配比之间的轻质混合土最大干密度、最大无侧限抗压强度均随着轻质建筑废料添加量的增加而减小,但其最大干密度、最大无侧限抗压强度所对应的水干比却随着轻质建筑废料添加量的增加而增加。对于同一配比,随着水干比的增大,干密度、无侧限抗压强度先增大达到一个最高点后减小,其最大值对应的水干比就是最佳需水率。所有配比方案均满足轻质高强要求,其中,轻质建筑废料添加量为50%时轻质混合土的比强最大。The mixed lightweight soil of sea silt and construction waste was made of dredged sea silt solidified by cement and lightweight insulation wall materials.Extra water was required for mixing the lightweight soil because the lightweight insulation wall materials were strong water absorption.To investigate the effect of water dryness ratio on the physical and mechanical properties of mixed lightweight soil,different proportion schemes were utilized.The theoretical optimum water requirement rate was derived and subsequently verified by laboratory dry density tests and unconfined compression strength tests.The results showed that the theoretical optimum water requirement rate was near to the practical optimum water requirement rate,the biggest unconfined compression strength and the biggest dry density decreased with the mixing amount of lightweight construction waste material increasing in the different proportions,but the unconfined compression strength and the specific strength first increased and then decreased with the water dryness ratio in the same proportions,the water dryness ratio corresponded to the maximum values of dry density.All the proportion schemes meet the demand of lightweight and high strength.The scheme with 50% of the mix ratio of sea silt to lightweight insulation wall materials gives the maximum specific strength.
