高频彩超对糖尿病第一跖背动脉血流的研究

摘　　要：目的应用高频彩超对糖尿病患者第一跖背动脉血流进行检测,探讨高频彩超对糖尿病第一跖背动脉血流的临床应用价值。方法应用高频彩超,检测60例糖尿病患者第一跖背动脉,并与57例对照组相比较。结果糖尿病患者第一跖背动脉呈现CDFI血流充盈缺损、欠连续或中断,PW示频谱欠均等,血流速度减低或消失等现象,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频彩超对糖尿病第一跖背动脉的血流检测能为临床提供客观的依据。Objective To Applying high-frequency ultrasound（HFU） to test the first dorsal arteries（FDA） and discuss clinical value of HFU for diabetic patients. Method FDA of 60 diabetic patients （groupA, n=60） were tested by using high-frequency ultrasound and compared the results with the control group with 57 patients （groupB,n=57）.Results Diabetes FDA showed the following phenomena ：blood flow filing defect,less continuous or interrupted, PW spectrum shows less equal,blood flow velocity reduction or disappearance and other phenomena. Differences are significant. There was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions High-frequency ultrasound can provide an objective basis in clinical for blood testing in diabetes first dorsal arteries.
