摘  要:目的:探讨Fascin蛋白在乳腺导管增生性病变中的表达及意义。方法:选取符合标准的82例乳腺导管增生性病变的患者,采用免疫组化方法检测各患者病变部位Fascin蛋白表达情况,研究Fascin蛋白表达与临床病理因素的相关性。结果:在UDH、FEA以及ADH中没有发现Fascin蛋白阳性表达,而在DCIS与IDC中均发现Fascin蛋白阳性表达。fascin蛋白表达与Bloom-Richardson分级、ER表达以及PR表达存在相关性(P<0.05),而与上述其他临床病理因素并不存在直接关系,不存在统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:Fascin蛋白表达与乳腺导管增生性病变的发生、组织分化、分级、淋巴结转移、临床分期及疾病预后等诸多方面有着密切的联系。Fascin蛋白有望成为判断乳腺导管增生性病变的有效指标,同时为治疗乳腺导管增生性病变提供新的思路与想法。Objective: To observe expression of Fascin protein in mammary gland duct hyperplastic lesions and clinical significance. Methods: A total of 82 patients with mammary duct hyperplastic lesions ware enrolled. The Fascin protein expression in the pathological lesions was detected using immunohisto- chemical methods in order to explore the relationship between Fascin protein expression and clinical patho- logical factors. Results: No positive expression of Fasein protein was found in UDH, FEA, and ADH, while Fascin protein was correlated with Bloom-Ri positively expressed in DCIS and IDC. Fascin protein expression was significantly chardson classification, ER expression and PR expression (P all 〉0.05). It hadno significantly correlation with other clinical pathological factors (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Fascin protein expression is closed related with the occurrence, tissue differentiation, grading, lymph node metastasis, clinical staging and disease prognosis of mammary gland duct hyperplastic lesions. Fascin protein might he useful indicator for the judgment of mammary duct hyperplastic lesions indicating there are new ideas and thoughts for the treatment of this disease.
