副腮腺良性肿瘤改良手术的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨对副腮腺良性肿瘤进行改良手术的临床疗效。方法:采用改良后的耳前角行切口手术入路方式治疗11例良性副腮腺肿瘤患者,观察患者术后面神经损伤情况。结果:术后2例患者出现面神经损伤,占18%,其中1例患者属于中度损伤(Ⅲ度),1例患者属于中重度损伤(Ⅳ度)。术后随访,行超声检查,10例患者无肿瘤复发现象。结论:改良后的手术切入方式治疗副腮腺良性肿瘤治疗效果良好,术后无复发,手术安全、美观。Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect of the improved operation for acces- sory parotid gland benign tumor. Methods： Using an improved operation with modified approach o{ preau- ricular incision angle to treat 11 cases of accessory parotid gland benign tumor. Then the facial nerve inju- ries were observed. Results： Facial nerve injury was observed in 2 cases of patients accounting for about 18%, among them, in injury in 1 case was Ⅲdegree （moderate injury） 1 1 was Ⅳ （severe injury）. Postop- erative follow-up showed tumor recurrence undern ultrasonography. Conclusion. improved operation with modified approach of preauricular incision angle shows good effects on accessory parotid gland benign tumor, it＇s safe, good in shape and has no reoccurence
