中西医结合治疗慢性炎性脱髓鞘多发性神经病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性炎性脱髓鞘多发性神经病的临床疗效。方法:选择94例慢性炎性脱髓鞘多发性神经病患者,随机分为两组,对照组(47例)给予泼尼松治疗,研究组(47例)给予泼尼松联合中药桂龙通络胶囊治疗,均治疗3个月,观察比较两组治疗的临床疗效。结果:研究组治疗的总有效率为91.5%,显著高于对照组(70.2%)(P<0.05);研究组在下肢肌力增加、肢体运动和感觉功能改善、神经传导速度改善及日常生活能力评定(ADL)评分提高方面均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:泼尼松联合中药桂龙通络胶囊在治疗慢性炎性脱髓鞘多发性神经病方面临床疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of treating chronic inflammatory demyelina- ting polyneuropathy by traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine. Methods： A total of 94 patients with chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated by prednisone, and the research group was treated by prednisone combined with traditional Chinese medicine Gui Long capsule treatment. After 3 months of treatment, the clinical efficacy were observed and compared. Results. The total effective rate of the research group was 91.5%, significantly higher than 70.2% of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, improvement of limb muscle strength, body movement and sensory function, nerve conduction velocity and ADL of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Prednisone combined with traditional Chinese medicine Gui Long capsule in the treatment of chronic inflammatory de-myelinating polyneuropathy has exact clinical effect, was safe and reliable. It is worth of clinical promo- tion.
