摘 要:采用运动摄影的方法,确定人体下肢在平地行走、下蹲和起立以及上楼梯等运动的运动学数据,并对其进行比较分析。通过对采集的图像序列进行分析和处理,获得了人体下肢标志点在不同运动下的运动学数据。在上楼梯时膝关节的屈膝角变化范围较窄,但变化速度较快;而在平地行走时屈膝角逐步增大,但变化相对比较平缓,故上楼梯更易导致膝关节损伤。在下蹲的过程中,屈膝角随下蹲而逐渐变化,而起立时则和下蹲过程相反。该方法可以简单而快速地确定人体的运动学数据,可为人体运动的计算机模拟和分析提供运动学数据,也可为临床运动相关疾病的诊断和运动康复训练提供参考依据。The method of movement photography was utilized to determine the kinematic data in the level walking,squatting,standing up and climbing stairs for human lower limbs,and the kinematic data were compared and analyzed.Through the analysis and processing of the inquired images,the kinematic data of the markers for human lower limbs were obtained in the different motions.The range of knee flexion angle in climbing stairs is narrow,but with quickly changing speed;while in the level walking,the knee flexion angle is increased gradually,but its changing velocity is relatively flat.So,the knee injury in climbing stairs is more likely to occur.In the process of squatting,knee flexion angle is varied increasingly with the squatting,but with opposite process in standing up.The method in present paper can be simple and quick in determining the kinematic data of the human body.The kinematic data can be provided for the computer simulation and analysis of human body movement;and it also can be referenced for clinical diagnosis on related disease and sports rehabilitation training.
