摘 要:针对大型万能轧机伺服缸故障频发的问题,从伺服自动控制系统、液压控制回路、伺服缸密封破损和伺服缸修复质量等方面对其故障频发原因进行了分析。结果表明,大型万能轧机伺服缸故障频发产生的原因是由伺服缸有杆腔压力过高、密封防水性能差、活塞杆修复质量差等造成的。在理论计算的基础上,通过对伺服缸有杆腔压力控制系统的优化与改造,并设计一种新型伺服缸密封来提高活塞杆修复标准,从而有效降低大型万能轧机伺服缸故障的频发率。In order to fix the frequent faults of servo cylinder in the heavy universal mill, analysis was made from the perspectives of automatic servo control system, hydraulic control circuit, failed seal of servo cylinder, and repair quality of servo cylinder. The results showed that the extremely high pres- sure of servo cylinder rod end, the poor water resistance of sealing and the poor repair quality of servo cylinder were the main causes of frequent faults. On the basis of theoretical calculations, the pressure control system of servo cylinder rod was optimized and improved and a new kind of servo cylinder sealing was developed to raise the standard repair quality of servo cylinder, which helped bring down the failure rate of servo cylinder.
