摘 要:针对火炮耳轴轴承接触的非线性问题进行研究,推导了耳轴轴承接触刚度计算式,提出在ADAMS中考虑间隙和接触非线性的转动铰建模方法.基于多体动力学和接触理论,建立考虑耳轴轴承间隙的某自行火炮发射动力学模型,并对不同间隙水平下的炮口垂向扰动情况进行分析.仿真结果表明:由于非线性的存在,随着间隙水平的增加,3个垂向扰动指标(角位移、速度、角速度)并非单调或线性变化,但其在取值区间上存在一个平稳值(0.22-0.28mm),耳轴间隙在该范围内能够保证射击精度的稳定性.The nonlinear problem of trunnion bearing of self-propelled gun is studied, the calculated equation of contact stiffness of trunnion bearing is derived, and the rotation model building method considering clearance and nonlinearity is extracted in ADAMS. Based on multi-body and contact theories, the firing dynamic model of self-propelled gun considering clearance and nonlinearity of trunnion bearing is built, and the muzzle disturbance under different clearance levels are analyzed. The conclusions are as follows:for the existence of nonlinear, as the increment of clearance, the three disturbance indexes (muzzle vertical angular displacement, muzzle vertical velocity and muzzle vertical angular velocity)will not change with monotone or linearity, but there is a stable interval(0. 22 - 0. 28 ram)in the whole clearance extracted, the stability of accuracy could be confirmed as the trunnion clearance remains in this interval.
