摘　　要：针对大武口洗煤厂入洗原煤煤质不稳定且调入量不足的情况,介绍了大武口洗煤厂大量收购原煤以弥补入洗量不足并结合市场情况构建外购煤管理体系的具体过程,指出外购煤管理体系可对精细化管理各环节进行有效控制及完善配洗环节。Regarding to the problems such as instability of raw coal quality and shortage of imported coal amount in Dawukou coal preparation plant, Dawukou coal preparation plant purchased large amount of raw coal to make up the shortage of coal washed amount. Moreover, combined with market situation, the process of establishing bought-in coal management system was introduced in this paper, and the effective process control of Meticulous management and complement of blending washing process in this management system were also stated.
