浅议大学生就业现状和就业指导机制改革

摘　　要：通过对近年来大学生就业现状的分析,归纳了大学生就业难的成因,并就相关问题提出些针对性建议,如高校应具备前瞻性眼光,审时度势,结合企业现有优势和资源,采取切实措施,开展行之有效的大学生就业指导;政府应将高校人才资源的合理配置纳入政府职能,关注民生,构建和谐社会。Through the analysis of employment status of graduates in recent years,summarized the causes of the difficult employment of students, and made specific recommendations, such as, College and Universities should have the forward-looking vision, Combined with existing strengths and resources of businesses to take practical measures to carry out effective career guidance.The government should bring the rational allocation of human resources into the functions of government,concerned about the livelihood of the peoples, building a harmonious society.
