摘 要:肠炎沙门氏菌是一类引起人与动物腹泻的病原菌,其致病性与三型分泌系统密切有关。本次试验研究临床上腹泻牛体内分离的一株肠炎沙门氏菌致病性与三型分泌系统的关系,试验选取SipA、SipD的基因序列进行测序分析。本次试验分别运用特异性引物扩增SipA、SipD的基因,连接到T载体上并测定目的片段序列。测出的序列在GeneBank上进行比对,以确定分离菌与其他菌株亲缘关系。试验结果显示该株肠炎沙门氏菌的SipA基因、SipD基因与肠炎沙门氏菌P125109同源性达100%。Salmonella enteritidis was a kind of pathogenic bacteria causing human and animal diarrhea. The pathogenicity of it was closely related to type three secretion system. The study was aimed at the relationship be- tween salmonella enteritidis separating from clinical diarrhea cow and the type three type secretion system. SipA and SipD gene were sequenced and analysed. We used specific primer to amplify SipA and SipD gene, connect- ed T vector and determined the target fragment sequences. The measured sequences were compared in Geneltank to identify the relationship between the isolated bacteria and others. The test results showed that the the se- quences of the strains of salmonella enteritidis SipA and SipD gene corresponded with salmonella enteritidis p125109 up to 100%. The study showed that the higher homology between SipA and SipD gene of type three se- cretiong system, the more similar of pathogenicity.
