摘　　要：简要的概述了我国PCB工业今后发展的根本出路,除了PCB企业产品升级外,生产转型的生产模式是大力推广应用工业机器人,由"自动化设备+人工操作"生产模式转型为"自动化设备+工业机器人作业"生产模式。The paper describes that the final outlet of PCB industry is industrial robot. Besides the enterprise product upgrade, the final outlet of production transformation is industrial robot of large application from the ＇automatic equipment and artificial operation＇ to ＇the automatic equipment and industrial robot operation＇.
