摘 要:探索茶油的新用途。测定几种茶油及香柏油的折光率,比较不同标本片分别在茶油及香柏油作为观察媒介时的镜下观察效果,检测不同清洗剂对茶油的清洗效果。结果表明:茶油的折光率、标本片在其作为观察媒介时的镜下观察效果与实验教学中传统使用的香柏油无明显差别,且可用多种洗涤剂进行有效清洗。因此,茶油可有效作为油镜的观察媒介。The objective of this research was to explore new application of camellia oil.The refractive index of cedar oil and several kinds of camellia oil were determined,the observation effects of different specimen under microscope respectively with the median of camellia oil and cedar oil were compared with each other,and the cleaning effects of different detergents for camellia oil were tested.Results showed that the refractive index of camellia oil,observation effect under microscope with the median of camellia oil were not obviously different from cedar oil which was traditionally used as an observation median of oil immersion lens in experimental teaching,and camellia oil could be cleaned effectively by more than two detergents.Camellia oil could be used as an effective observation median of oil immersion lens.
