摘　　要：信息素质是人才培养的重要环节之一,信息教育模式应承上启下。针对样本馆的特色,阐述了"择优教扶"信息教育培养模式,包括培养目标、培养对象、培养机制、政策支持等。其中培养对象的遴选和"导师负责制"、"学术联合指导组"有别于目前高校普遍实行的信息教育模式。Information literacy training is an important procedure of personnel training. The mode of information ed- ucation should both inherit from the past and carry forward. This paper discusses a sort of new training mode of in- formation education termed as ＂ze you jiao fu＂ from the perspectives of training target, training objects, training mechanism and relevant policies. In this new mode, it is the pattern of training objects selecting that obviously dif- fers from the current common practice in colleges and universities as well as the training mechanism such as super- visor responsibility system and academic joint committee.
