摘　　要：文化强国的最终目的是人才强国,高校作为培养高素质人才的基地,大力发展爱心文化,推进和谐校园建设,则是实现这一目标的当务之急。文章旨在从爱心文化的视角探讨校园文化建设,探讨爱心文化对构建和谐校园的意义,从物质、制度和精神等层面分析当前高校爱心文化建设中存在的问题,并提出了相应对策,以期为新时期高校爱心文化建设做一些有益的探索与尝试。The ultimate purpose of reinvigorating China through culture is talent strategy.Higher educational institutions,as a base for training high-quality talents,should vigorously promote caring culture and the construction of harmonious campus,which is the key to talent strategy.To this end,this paper aims to explore the construction of campus culture from the perspective of caring culture,to discuss the effect of caring culture on the construction of harmonious campus,and to analyze the problems that exist in the construction of caring culture.Based on the analysis from material,institutional,and spiritual levels,this paper proposes the countermeasures to the construction of caring culture in higher educational institutions,which is a useful exploration for the construction of caring culture in higher educational institutions in a new era.
