摘　　要：山西建筑职业技术学院教学质量监控与评价体系存在教学质量管理组织机构设置不健全、监控与评价制度不健全、管理不规范、教学质量监控内容千篇一律、教学质量监控与评价主客体关系模糊等问题。针对这些问题,学院构建了多元化、多主体教学质量监控体系,在监控体系、评价指标、各项制度中贯彻人性化设计理念,提倡"督"与"导"齐头并进,突出教师的主体地位,强调教学质量监控与评价形式与内容的统一。山西建筑职业技术学院的经验为建设高职高专教学质量监控与评价体系提供了有益的借鉴。In the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system of Shanxi Architectural Technical College,there exist such problems as the imperfect organizational structure setting of teaching quality management,the unsound system of monitoring and evaluation,the substandard management,the stereotyped uniformity of teaching-quality monitoring contents and the vague relationship between the subject and the object of teaching quality monitoring and evaluation.To solve these problems,the college has built the diversified multiagent system of teaching quality monitoring,implemented the humanized design idea in the monitoring system,the evaluation index and various systems,advocated ＂supervising＂and ＂guiding＂jointly,highlighted the subject status of teachers and emphasized the unity of form and content of teaching quality monitoring and evaluation.Shanxi Architectural Technical College has obtained the experience which provides the beneficial reference for the construction of teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system in vocational colleges.
