摘  要:为了探讨沙棘杂交F1代表型特征及遗传变异规律,此文以内蒙古水科院坝口子水保站的杂交F1代为主要研究对象,并与其亲本俄罗斯沙棘和中国沙棘进行对照。对F1代叶片形状、叶长、叶宽、叶长/叶宽、叶柄长、叶序及花序轴长、花序轴直径,棘刺数,生长情况与其亲本进行了对比分析。结果表明:沙棘杂交F1代与其亲本在叶片形状、叶长、叶宽、叶柄长、花序轴长、花序轴直径方面差异极显著,并且这些性状可以作为雌雄植株的识别标志;子代的棘刺数与亲本相比有了明显减少,而且差异极显著;同时子代与其亲本在生长情况方面也有了明显的改善。Hybrid F1 from Inner Mongolia water conservancy Research Institute Conservation station was as the main research object,meanwhile,its parental was compared with Parent Russian seabuckthorn and Chinese seabuckthorn to explore of Hippophae rhamnoides hybrid F1 representative characteristic and genetic variation.The comparative analysis were carried on between Hybrid F1 and its parental,including leaf shape,leaf length,leaf width,leaf length / leaf width,petiole length,phyllotaxy and inflorescence length in axle,inflorescence axle diameter,calthrops number,growth situation.The results showed that: the significantly difference was detected between Hybrid F1 and its parental,including leaf shape,leaf length,leaf width,petiole length,inflorescence length in axle,inflorescence diameter(P0.01),and these different traits can be used as identification marks of male and female pattern;Compared with its parental,thorns number has significantly reduced for hybrid F1(P0.01).The growth has obvious improvement for hybrid F1 than its parental.
