苦豆籽粕总黄酮的提取及定性检测

摘　　要：通过单因素试验和正交实验探索苦豆子粕中黄酮类化合物的提取最佳工艺条件,1)60%的乙醇为提取剂,物料比为20倍量、65oC回流2次,每次2h,总黄酮提取率为0.78%。(2)对提取液定性的检验,说明确有黄酮类化合物。The best processing conditions of extracting the flavonoids in Sophora alopecuroide residues were optimized by Single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment method.1） adding 20-fold amount of 60% alcohol and refluxing at 65oc two times with 2 hours each time.the extraction rate is 0.78%.2） prove contain the flavonoids by the qualitative test to extract.
