鱼腥草联合保妇康栓治疗合并高危型HPV感染的CINⅠ及宫颈炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察鱼腥草联合保妇康栓对合并高危型HPV感染的CINⅠ及宫颈炎的疗效。方法将高危型HPV感染的CINⅠ及宫颈炎患者随机分为治疗组(n=35)、干扰素组(n=30),分别应用鱼腥草联合保妇康栓、干扰素治疗,空白对照组(n=10)不使用任何药物,比较疗程结束后HPV转阴、宫颈糜烂及CINⅠ的变化情况。结果治疗组和干扰素组HPV转阴率分别为57.14%和56.67%,高于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);对CIN治疗有效率分别为60.00%和46.67%,高于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);治疗组宫颈糜烂有效率为71.43%,高于干扰素组的33.33%和对照组的10.00%(P<0.05)。结论鱼腥草联合保妇康栓对合并HPV感染的CINⅠ及宫颈炎有治疗作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy whose is CIN I and cervicitis which is by the infection of high- risk HPV. Methods High-risk HPV infection CIN ] can be randomly divided into 3 groups： 35 cases patients as treat- ment groups are given the Houttuynia joint bolt Baofukang for treatment, 30 cases patients as interferon groups are giv- en the interferon for treatment, 10 cases patients as blank control groups are given nothing.and then observing the sit- uation of HPV overcast and cervicitis erosion after the end of treatment. Results （1）The treatment and interferon group HPV rate of overcast were 57.14% and 56.67%, was higher than control group 20% （P 〈 0.05）. The treatment efficacy rate of treatment and the interferon groups for CIN [ were 60.00% and 46.67% who was higher than the control group 20.00% （P 〈 0.05）. The efficacy rate of treatment group for cervicitis erosion was 71.43%, was higher than the interfer- on group 33.33%, control group 10.00% （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The honttuynia joint bolt Baofukang have a therapeu- tic effect for cervicitis and CIN I of HPV infection
