摘 要:轻量化是汽车技术发展的方向之一,采用先进高强钢是轻量化的重要手段。文章以某应用超高强钢的门槛加强件为研究对象,进行开口型非对称辊压成形典型零件工艺技术研究与样件开发,利用解析和有限元仿真,对影响先进高强钢辊压成形的回弹控制、预冲孔畸变进行研究,获得了优化的设计工艺参数;分析非对称辊压件的纵向弯曲、侧弯、扭转缺陷产生的机理,给出了解决问题的方法;进行应用超高强钢的辊压成形工艺试验,制造了满足尺寸精度要求的典型样件。该研究为大批量产业化应用先进高强钢提供了技术条件。Lightweight design is one of the development directions of automobile industry, and application of advanced high strength steel (AHSS) is one effective method to manufacture lightweight auto bodies. In this paper, ultra high strength steel (UHSS) roll forming technology and prototype development of typical open asymmetric section profiles is investigated. By finite element analysis (FEA) and simulation, the studies on the springback, edge wave which are defects of the AHSS roll forming have been carried out for achieving the optimized process design. The mechanisms that cause the defects of vertical bow, horizon- tal camber, twist, pre-punched hole distortion, cutting-off end flare have been analyzed, and the solving and prevention methods of these defects have been given. The roll forming experiments with AHSS have been implemented, for ensuring the manufac- tured typical samples meet the accuracy requirements. The study has provided the technical references of roll forming for the ap- plications of AHSS.
