摘  要:利用激光诱导等离子冲击波对TC11钛合金试样进行强化,并对强化后试样在较高的服役温度下进行保温处理,分析讨论强化后材料表面微观组织结构的热稳定性。结果表明,激光冲击处理后,钛合金试样表层形成了较大数值的残余压应力和平均晶粒尺寸为10nm的微观组织,经350℃/10h热处理后,产生残余压应力的一定释放,但纳米组织未发生明显变化,且硬度保持稳定,激光冲击强化钛合金组织和性能具有良好的热稳定性,可在一定服役温度条件下提高钛合金力学性能。This paper studied how the ambient temperature affects the microstructure and mechanical performance of the titanium alloy treated by laser shock peening (LSP). The TC11 samples were treated with LSP first, and then put into vacuum furnace for 10 hours at 350℃. The microstructure and hardness were tested at different states. It was found that the surface microstructure was composed of nanocrystallization with the average grain size of 10nm after LSP. Besides, large residual compressive stress was formed in surface. After 350℃/10h heat treatment, the LSP treated specimen showed excellent thermal stability. The mi- cro-hardness kept stable and microstructure didn't change. However, the residual compressive stress decreased slightly.
