基于信息共享的核心生产企业与上下游企业的协同分析

摘　　要：在信息共享的情况下,棱心生产企业与上游供应商企业及下游分销商企业实现纵向协同,为此,设计信息协同测度指标,针对核心生产企业、供应商和分销商的边际生产成本、利润进行分析,并得到解析解。该分析模型对实现核心生产企业的利润最大化,及核心生产企业与上下游企业之间进行信息共享、协同生产,以及合理调整和分配由此带来的效益增长,以便促进供应链系统稳定和整体绩效提高等具有重要意义。In the case of information sharing, the core production enterprises, upstream suppliers and downstream distributors realize vertical collabora- tion. Therefore, the information coordination index definition can be identified, the marginal production costs and profits of the core production enterpri- ses, suppliers, and distributors can be analysed f along with the analytical solution. The analytical model has important significance in the following ways： maximizing the profits of the core production enterprises, implementing the information sharing and the cooperative production between the core production enterprises and the upstream and downstream enterprises, and adjusting and distributing the growth benefits in order to promote the supply chain system stability and overall performance improvement.
