摘　　要：犯罪构成是刑法学的重要内容,但它与程序法具有密切的联系。刑事诉讼的价值是刑事诉讼法学理论的基本命题,其主要内容包括裁判的准确性、程序的公正性、政府权力的限制程度和诉讼程序的效率四个方面。犯罪构成对于刑事诉讼这四个基本价值发挥着重要的保障作用。Crime constitution is an important content of criminal law; however, it has close relationship with procedural law. The val- ue of criminal procedure is the basic thesis of the theory of criminal procedural law. The accuracy of the court~ decision, the impartiali- ty of procedure, the degree of the limitation to the government and the efficiency of process are the main contents of the value of crimi- nal procedure. Crime constitution plays an important role in embodying and protecting the basic value of criminal procedure.
