高职教师企业实践锻炼的现状与对策

摘　　要：高职院校为了提高教学质量和教学水平,选派专业教师到企业进行实践锻炼。本文总结了目前高职院校教师到企业实践锻炼的现状,提出了通过学校、教师、企业共同努力,完善高职教师到企业锻炼的制度,提升锻炼的成效。At present, higher vocational colleges tend to send teachers to take on-job practice in enterprises so as to improve their teaching quality. This essay makes analysis on the current situation of higher vocational college teachers＇ practice in enterprises, and proposes that colleges, teachers and enterprises should work together to improve the practice system thus improve practice efficiency.
