摘　　要：党的十八大提出了进一步加强大学生思想政治教育工作的要求,辅导员是高校思想政治工作的骨干,为了解浙江省高校辅导员的职业倦怠情况及影响因素,对浙江部分高校的辅导员进行了问卷调查,并用AHP法分析了部分浙江高校辅导员的职业倦怠情况,对比了不同地区、不同高校的辅导员倦怠程度,为辅导员职业倦怠研究提供了新的研究视角。It has been proposed at the 18th National Congress of CPC that the ideological and political education intended for university students be further strengthened.University counsellors play an important part in the ideological and political work of universities.In order to learn about the actual situations concerning their occupation burnout and the resultant factors,a survey has been conducted by means of questionnaire in some universities of Zhejiang Province,AHP method has been applied to analysing and comparing the varied degrees and a new perspective for the related study has been proposed.
