摘　　要：As a kind of social customs, table manners are considered as an embodiment of national culture. There are differences and similarities between Chinese and Western counties in table manners, which are explained in this thesis in different aspects. We’ll have a better understanding of table manners in China and the west. Now, awareness of different table manners should be proposed, which can lead to a deeper study of cultures.
