浅谈神经内科护理工作中常见的安全隐患与解决措施

摘　　要：目的探讨解决神经内科护理工作中的常见安全隐患的有效措施。方法对本院2012年6月至2012年10月间所有神经内科住院部收治的病人进行问卷研究和住院观察,通过采取病人意见的方法,找到医院卫生条件和护理工作中常见隐患,进而对着有代表的问题开始进一步的研究。结果通过一系列的研究找到医院神经内科护理中常见的安全隐患的诱发因素。结论神经内科常见护理隐患多数是因医护人员的护理意识不强,技术不到位和医院的重视度不高引起的。因此我们要从这些影响因子入手,制定医院核心护理制度,提高护理人员的护理水平等,解决护理工作的常见安全隐患。Objective To study the common safety concerns for nerve internal medicine nursing, the effective measures. Methods Our hospital in 2012 between June and October 2012 all neurology hospital wards were the questionnaire research and observation of patients, by adopting the opinions of the patient method, to find the hospital hygiene and nursing of common concerns, which is representative for the problems of further research. Results Through a series of studies to fred neurology hospital care in common safety hazard inducing factors. Conclusion Nerve internal medicine most common nursing risks for health care workers care consciousness is not strong, technology does not reach the designated position and the hospital＇s attention degree is not high. So we should start from these factors, formulate core hospital care system, and improve the level of nursing care and so on, solve the nursing of the common security hidden danger.
