摘　　要：企业兼并作为企业发展的重要手段之一 ,在我国日趋活跃。如何使企业既能从自身的发展需要出发 ,选择合适的兼并方式 ,又能使企业兼并行为不仅仅停留在微观层面 ,体现企业的社会价值 ,是本文的出发点。文章从矫正资源在产业组织层面的误配置和面向国际竞争两种取向分析企业兼并方式的选择。The merger as an important method of enterprises development becomes more and more active in our country. How to select proper way of merger according to enterprises need and how to make the behavior of merger not staying at micro-aspect are the starting points of the paper.Then the paper analyzes the selection about the way of merger based on correcting wrong arrangement of resources and facing international competition.
