糖尿病足大鼠行早期离断外用中药治疗后创面中瘦素及瘦素受体变化的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:利用免疫组化技术,观察糖尿病足大鼠创面愈合过程中,瘦素(Leptin)及瘦素受体(OB-RL)在组织各部分的表达水平。方法:糖尿病足大鼠造模成功后,选取60只随机分成三组,对照一组采用降糖、高位截肢术后抗炎换药治疗;对照两组采用降糖、早期离断术后抗炎换药治疗;实验组采用降糖、早期离断术后抗炎中药换药治疗。结果:实验组外用中药能够促进创面局部组织中瘦素的表达,使表达水平基本达到正常,同时可促进瘦素受体蛋白表达。炎细胞的浸润,可影响瘦素和瘦素受体蛋白的表达,出现创面愈合不良。结论:早期离断术后抗炎、中药换药处理糖尿病足大鼠足部溃疡可明显提高创面局部组织中瘦素及瘦素受体水平,缩短创面愈合时间,具有明显优势,适合临床治疗方面进一步研究与探讨。Objective： To observe expression of leptin and OB-RL by the imrnunohistochemical techniques. Methods： Base on the DF rat model, 60 rats were divided into 3 groups; in the control 1 the therapy of Hypoglycemic and Anti-inflammatory was taken following high amputation, in the control 2 following early amputation the therapy of Hypoglycemic and Anti-inflammatory was taken, in the treated group TCM Anti-inflammatory was taken more than control 2. Results： During examination of leptin and OB-RL, expressions could found in the wound place. Conclusion： TCM anti-inflammatory medicine following early amputation could improve generation of leptin and OB-RL, shorten the healing time and have some advantages.
