摘　　要：根据业务应用成果,对地市级人工影响天气(人影)作业指挥系统的实现思路和方案进行了介绍。利用安阳714S雷达对河南省安阳市150km区域内的天气过程进行观测和分析,提供云雨目标的强度、距离、方位和高度等实时信息,联动控制火箭和高炮等装备,指挥人工影响天气作业,把自动雨量站、炮点、火箭点的位置具体应用到雷达图上,作业指标及地理信息融为一体,直接生成预警和作业信息,决策哪门高炮需要作业,以及作业发射时的方位、仰角、用弹量,显示背景地图及其炮点位置。According to the business application,the implementation idea and scheme of local municipal weather modification operation command system were introduced.The weather process of Anyang in the 150 km region was observed and analyzed by the 714S radar in Anyang,for providing cloud target strength,distance,azimuth and elevation in real-time information,and linkage controlling rockets and artillery and other equipment.The location of specific application of automatic rainfall station,shot and the rockets were pointed to the radar chart.The performance indexes and geographic information were integrated,to generate early warning and operational information directly,and determine which cannoned need operation,and launch azimuth,elevation,bombamount,for showing the background map and the gun position.
