摘　　要：把"以改革创新精神推进篮球社团工作,提高篮球社团工作科学化水平"的基本要求与高校教育目标的实际相结合,探索"高校篮球社团网格化管理职能系统化"工作思路,全面推进高校篮球社团工作科学化,不仅推进了高校篮球社团新格局的形成,最大限度地把各种资源融合到社团建设中来,还提升了篮球社团组织凝聚力,转变了学生对篮球社团的认知。Combined the basic requirements which is the ＂spirit of reform and innovation promoting basketball league work, improve the basketball league work scientific level＂ with university education target realities and explored ＂college basketball club grids management function systematic＂ working ideas. Promoting college basketball league work scientific, which not only promoted the new pattern of college basketball club form, the maximum of various resources construction of fusion to corporate, also promoted basketball community organization cohesive force, transformed the cognitive of basketball club students.
