摘　　要：目前,我国高校知识共享存在高校内部管理制度不完善、知识共享水平低、范围小、形式单一等多方面的制约因素。对现有的高校知识共享研究成果分别从知识管理角度和"学研"团队两个视角进行总结和梳理,并在此基础上提出高校知识共享的一些看法及建议。At present, there are many restricting factors in Knowledge sharing. For example, internal management system is not perfect, low level of Knowledge sharing, the range of Knowledge sharing is small, the form of Knowledge is too simple. After browsing the existing literature. This article summarized and combed from the perspective of knowledge management and research team, and on this basis it puts forward some Opinions and suggestions of university knowledge sharing.
