摘　　要：通货紧缩是指物价水平的持续下跌 ,同时伴随着经济衰退。通货紧缩的形成 ,既可能是货币供应量不足 ,也可能是货币供应不能转化为有效需求。在产品市场和货币市场同时均衡条件下 ,财政政策和货币政策的效力取决于货币需求的利率弹性和投资的利率弹性。我国当前物价水平持续下跌 ,经济增长低于充分就业的经济增长水平 ,已经出现通货紧缩 ,形成通货紧缩的原因是货币供给不能转化为有效需求 ,根据对我国的货币需求的利率弹性和投资的利率弹性分析 ,治理当前的通货紧缩应更着重于财政政策手段 ,加大财政政策力度 。Deflation means price of commodities level continuous falling-off,in the meanwhile accompanied with economic recession.The formation of deflation,may be both the insufficient of the amount of currency supply,and the supply of currency can′t transfer into effective demand.Under the conditions of the same equilibrium between products market and currency market,the force of finance policy and currency policy is determined by the interest rate elasticity of currency demand and the interest rate elasticity of investment.The price level of commodities is coming down continuously of China at present,economic growth is law than the economic growth level for full employment,deflation has appeared,currency supply can′t transfer into effective demand is the main reason of inflation.according to the analysis of the interest rate elasticity of currency demand and the interest rate elasticity of investment of China,the author put forward that govern current deflation should more emphasize finance policy means,add more force to financial policy,at the same time,cooperate with currency policy.
