摘　　要：对马克思的误解与诋毁,大多源自对《资本论》方法的不理解。"资本内在否定性"是马克思辩证法在《资本论》中的具体表达,它自身内含"发展"的特质,即:其逻辑展开(研究方法)与历史表达(叙述方法)在实践中相互印证而达成发展中的一致;其生命力和前进力源自现实经济生活中不断生成的矛盾张力。作为方法论的资本内在否定性,是《资本论》方法在当代的应用与发展:它以现实与理论的双重批判为研究目的、以特定的资本积累结构为研究对象、以中间层次的分析为研究方法,旨在为世界经济提供一种唯物史观的演化论认识,为政治经济学理论创新奠定方法论基础。在这一研究视域里,中国的社会主义市场经济具有不可估量的世界历史意义。The misunderstandings and discredit of Marx are greatly based on the misunderstandings of the methods in Das Kapital. The inner negativity of capital is the concrete expression of Marx＇ s dialectics in Das Kapital. It contains the nature of development, i.e., its logical extension （research method） and historical expression （narrative method） support each other in practice, and they reach a consensus in development; its vitality and progress are based on continuous tension of contradiction in the real economy. The inner negativity of capital as a methodology could be the present - day application and development of the method of Das Kapitah It takes dual critique of reality and theory as the research purpose, specific structure of capital accumu- lation as the research objects, and the middle- level analysis as the research method, so as to provide an evolutionary under- standing of historical materialism for world economy and lay the foundation of methodology for the theoretical innovation of political economics. In such field of study, China＇ s socialist market economy has tremendous importance in the world history.
